Glad they have been well received. I have used the franchise for sermons in two churches. A 6 part series in one church that was well received and seen for what it was, a way to talk about good and evil, and discipleship and a single sermon that received some criticism as glorifying sorcery, and perhaps being a bad influence for children in church to hear.

It's all too easy to blindly and blithely follow rules especially when we attach God to them. Perhaps Jesus was writing something to the effect of "don't use God" when the woman trapped by religious leaders was brought to Jesus for a ruling re: adultery's consequences.

I miss seeing you, too, Kay. And you know I pray for you regularly. Thank you for reading the book and doing a review. I hope to have a contract soon with a "print-on-demand" company so I can get printed copies as well. But I am very much my own publicist here so all help is greatly appreciated.

The congregation has been really responsive to this. I've been careful during worship to use only clips that are non-scary and family friendly. And never to name "the one whose name should not be said." It's giving us all something to think about and it has been an easy loop to the scriptural base.
